摘要
在对甲苯磺酸和硫酸铝复合催化剂存在下,以正庚醛(A)和1.2-丙二醇(B)为原料经脱水缩合合成了新型香料4-甲基-2-己基-1,3-二噁戊烷。优化试验结果表明:在n(A): n(B)=1:1.1、催化剂用量为主原料总质量的0.35%、反应时间为6h、反应温度为90~98℃,产物收率达94.2%。产物经理化检测和红外光谱确证。
The perfume 4 - methyl - 2 - hexyl - 1, 3 - dioxolane was synthesized by the condensation reaction of n- heptaldehyde (A) with 1, 2 - propanediol (B) in the presence of a composite catalyst which is composed of p - methyl benzene sulfonic acid and aluminum sulfate. The optimum experimental results showed that the 94.2% molar yield of 4 - methyl - 2 - hexyl - 1,3 - dioxolane was obtained at a molar ratio of A: B=1:1.1 and the mass fraction of catalyst was O.35%, and the temperature at 90-98℃ for 6h. The product was characterized by the physical and chemical character and IR spectra.
