Study on Surface Modification of SiC Powder with Polyallylmethacrylate

制备了低分子量的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,用其对碳化硅粉进行表面处理,改善了粉体的流动性,为制备高固相含量浆料奠定了基础。

In the paper,Polyallylmethacrylate that have low molecular weight was made. After the surface of SiC powder was treated by this polymer, the flowability of the powder was significantly improved. The maximun solid loading increases from 45vol% to 50vol% .
