摘要
氧化锌电阻片中的气孔严重地影响了电阻片自身的电性能。本文从几方面阐述了电阻片中气孔的产生与预防办法,为电阻片生产工艺的完善提供了有用的参考。
The pores in the zinc oxide varistors have a great effect on their electrical performance. The reasons of the pore appearance in the zinc oxide varistors and the methods to prevent them were discussed from some points of view in this paper. The paper provided a useful reference for zinc oxide varistor manufacturers to optimize their production technology.
