The Mechanism of Arsenic Compound to Malignant Tumors

摘要 自三氧化二砷对复发的急性早幼粒白血病可达到很高的临床缓解率报道后 ,引起了国内外学者对砷剂研究的极大兴趣。相继有三氧化二砷在食管癌、神经母细胞瘤、胃癌、头颈部癌等实体瘤治疗研究中的报道。 Arsenic trioxide has been demonstrated to be effective for the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) ,which attracts the interests of investigation for expansive fields.Therapeutic research of solid tumors such as esophageal carcinoma,neuroblastoma,gastric cancer,and head and neck cancer with arsenic compounds has been reported .A comprehensive review on research published recent years is carried out.
