病例介绍死者,白人,男,29岁。因抢劫罪被关进监狱。两天后监狱看守查房时,发现犯人将床单撕成条状一端缠绕颈部形成闭锁式的固定绳结,另一端系在牢房窗子的保险杠上,头向前倾垂,身体斜带着墙壁,双脚着地,呼吸停止。同时在水池边发现一遗书。当看守剪断缢绳.解开绳套,放下此人时,心跳、呼吸均已停止,深浅反射消失。救护人员对其立即进行心脏复苏、人工呼吸,并送到急诊室进行气管插管。
Delayed death following hanging is a rare event. We report a suicidal case of a 29 year old man who found unconscious in his jail cell, suspended by a bed sheet. Pulmonary cardiac resuscitation was immediately performed. He survived more than two days by the life support in a hospital after which he was diagnosed as brain death and artificial ventilation ceased. Autopsy revealed generalized changes of anoxic encephalopathy and extensive myocardial infarction.
