32例无心外原因猝死者传导系统病理学观察

OBSERVATION ON THE CARDIAC CONDUCTION SYSTEM IN 32 CASES OF SUDDEN DEATH WITHOUT EXTRACARDIAC CAUSES

在对32例无心外原因猝死者传导系统(CCS)组织学观察中,发现31例 CCS 有异常和病变,其中11例可致猝死。这些病变包括有急性炎症、出血、脂肪浸润和结内外神经病变,且与猝死有关。

The cardiac conduction system(CCS)in 32 cases of sudden death without extracardiac causeswere observed.All cases showed more or less cardiac changes.The acute imflammation,hemorrhage,fatty infiltration,anomaly of CCS structure,and neuropathologic changes inside and/or outside of thenodes were found in the CCS,In 11 our of 32 cases,the pathologic changes were thought to beserious enough to cause sudden death.The relationship between the CCS abnormality and suddendeath was discussed.
