摘要
采用聚苯胺修饰电极为工作电极,运用色谱电化学方法,成功地测定了多种市售饮料样品中的维生素C含量,获得了满意的结果.维生素C含量在8.8×10^(-9)~8.8×10^(-5)g范围内与峰高呈良好的线性关系,检测限为4.4×10^(-9)g,标准回收率为93.4~114.1%.本方法样品处理简单,测定维生素C的重现性好,线性范围大,抗干扰能力强,是测定实际样品中维生素C含量的一种理想方法.
Using polyaniline CME as the working electrode in LCEC, the vitamin C contents in several real samples (market available soft drinks) are successfully determined with satisfactory results.The linear range of vitamin C response is from 8.8×10^(-9) to 8.8×10^(-5) g with detection limit of 4.4×10^(-9) g; the recovery of vitamin C are from 93.4% to 114.1%.The major advantages include simple sample handling, good reproducibility, large dynamic range, and high selectivity.Hence, LCEC with polyaniline CME is an ideal method for vitamine C determination in real samples.
