摘要
目的 :选择最少的试验项目 ,获得最大的分离鉴定效果 ;方法 :根据 Gyllenberg的数学原理 ,编写计算机软件 ;结果 :从 2 2个试验中选择出 1 0个试验 ,即可鉴别 2 0种弧菌科细菌 ,达到最大的分离率 ;结论 :该方法是细菌鉴定中试验选择准确、快速而又实用的方法。
Objective A method was described,which could be used to find the minimum set of tests for the maximum separation for a group of organisms.Method The software was written based upon the mathematics pattern suggested by Gyllenberg.Results 10 tests were selected from 22 tests for 20 species in the Vibrionaceae,which result in the most efficient separation.Conclusion The method described here is accurate,rapid and practical for test selection
