鼻咽癌放疗后复发因素分析（附30例报告）

ANALYSIS OF RECURRENCE ACTOR OF ADENOCARCINOMA OF NOSE

本文总结了１９８８～１９９３年３０例鼻咽癌放疗后复发因素，包括剂量因素、边缘因素，病情估计不足及设野不合理等。其中病情估计不足造成的复发，占３３．３％（１０／３０），克服病情估计不足，改进放疗设野布局，有进一步提高鼻咽癌的治愈率和降低复发率的可能。ＣＴ检查应列为鼻咽癌的常规检查。

The recurrence causes of 30 cases of adenocarcinoma of nose were studied. The results show that the recurrence causes are as follows; dose actor, margin actor, low estimating actor et al. In them, low estimating actor is 33. 3 per cent. We believe that to overcome low estimating actor can improve the cure rate and reduce recurrence rate.Consequently, CT examination should be regarded as the routine examination of adenocarcinoma of nose.
