摘要
调查饮食从业人员10108人,HBsAg阳性490人,携带率为4.85%,城区高于农村,男高子女,其趋势是随年龄的增长HBsAg携带逐渐下降,在不同行业中,以食品销售业最高,为14.22%。对490名HBsAg阳性者检测HBeAg和抗—HBe、HBeAs阳性率13.06%,抗—HBe阳性率为10.0%,HBsAg滴度≥1:128时,HBeAg阳性率为50.6%,笔者认为HBeAg滴度持续≥1:128者应调离接触直接入口食品工作。
The auther had investigated 10108 cases of catering trade, and found the HbsAg positive cases were 490, the rate was 4. 85%. From this data, positie cases were moue in city than in country, male cases were more than female; and had the tendency that the HBsAg carrier rate cut down with increasing age. The HBsAg positive rate of persons in provisions shops was 14. 22%, the highest in this group. Further examining these positive cases, the author found HBeAg positive rate was 13. 06%, anti-HBe 10. 0%; and HBeAg positive rate was 50. 6% when HBsAg drop degree passed 1: 128. The author considered the positive cases, whose HBsAg drop degree passed 1: 128, should be transferred the work of catering trade to another.
