Treatment of complete dislocation of acromioclavicular joint by Kirschners wire and transposition of coracoacromial ligament

目的观察克氏针加喙肩韧带移位治疗肩锁关节全脱位的疗效。方法用克氏针加喙肩韧带移位治疗肩锁关节全脱位１０例。结果随访６个月～２年，平均１３个月，优良率１００．０％。结论该手术取材方便，手术较简单。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect on the treatment of complete dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint by Kirschners wire and displacement of the coracoacromial ligament. Methods 10 cases of complete dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint were treated with Kirschners wire and displacement of the coracoacromial ligament. Results The patients were followed up for 6 mouths to 2 years, with an average of 13 months, the excellent and good rate was 100 0%. Conclusion The technique is quite simple, the fixed effect is reliable, and it is easy to get material for the technique.
