Treatment of trigger finger by percutaneous tenovaginotomy with special hook and knife

目的介绍一种治疗扳机指的手术方法。方法自制弧形腱鞘钩、刀，经皮闭合切开屈指肌腱鞘第一环状韧带，活动手指。结果治疗３５例，３３例一次成功，２例失败改直视切开。结论该方法无误伤，切口小，患指功能恢复快。

Objective To introduce an operation to treat trigger finger. Methods The first orbicular ligament of flexor tendon sheath of trigger finger was incised through the intact skin with the special curved hook and knife made by ourselves and the finger was forced to move. Results Of 35 patients, 33 were successfully operated on and 2 patients were incised by intuitive method. Conclusion The method for the treatment of trigger finger is feasible without error and with small incision and rapid recovery of function.
