摘要
目的:研究实验性糖尿病大鼠血清一氧化氮(nitricoxide,NO)含量和一氧化氮合成酶(NOsynthetase,NOS)活力的变化,为糖尿病发生机制的研究提供理论依据.方法:用链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)复制糖尿病动物模型,用比色法测定其血清NO含量和NOS活力。结果:糖尿病大鼠血清NO含量和NOS活力,与对照组比较,随病程逐渐增加,在1周内不明显,至第4周时明显升高.结论:在糖尿病晚期,血清NO含量升高.使β细胞损伤加重.糖尿病不易缓解。
Objective: To study the changes in the serum nitric oxide (NO) content and the NO Synthetase (NOS) activity and to provide the theoretical basis for the pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of diabetes. Methods: Using streptozotocin (STZ) to induce rat diabeic experimental model. The NO content and NOS activity in serum were tested with colorimetr R6sultst: Compared with the control group, the serum NO content and NOS activity increased with increasing diabetic course in rat, with no marked rise within week 1 and significant rise at week 4. Conclusion : the serum NO content is increased in advanced diabetes, which makes βcell injury severe and the disease remission difficult.
