摘要
用原子吸收分光光度法测定兔血清钙浓度药-时曲线下面积(AUC)天门冬氨酸钙为(33.8±6.4)μg/ml苏糖酸钙为(32.6±3.6)μg/ml,结果表明,天门冬氨酸钙和苏糖酸钙的生物利用度无显著性差异.
Objective:To study the in vivo bioavailabilities of calcium aspatate and calcium threonate in rabbit Method:The serum talcium concentraion in rabbit was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometw. Results: and the AUC of calcium aspatate was 33.8 ±6.4 and the AUC of calcium threonate was 32.6± 3.6. Conclusion: The results show that there are no significant difference between the bioavailabilities of calcium aspatae and calcium threonate.
