以EPG选择吡喹酮治疗华支睾吸虫病剂量的观察

Selection of praziquantel dose with EPG in the treatment of Clonorchiosis

以EPG选择吡喹酮治疗华支睾吸虫病的剂量，并与以体重选择吡喹酮剂量的疗效相比较．结果显示，二者疗效相同，而前者应用剂量小，尤以轻、中度感染更为明显．我们认为以EPG推算虫荷，以量化的虫荷指标计算吡喹酮剂量，符合吡喹酮药物代谢动力学及杀虫特点，符合大剂量、短疗程，毒性小的用药原则。具有合理性及可行性．因此量化的虫荷指标与较精确的药物剂量是治疗的关键．

We Studied the selection of praziquantel dose with EPG in the treatment of Clonorchiosis. and the selection of praziquantel dose with body weight in its treatment.compared the effectiveness of both. The results showed the same effectiveness.with a smaller dose of the former than that of the latter especlally in the mild and moderate Clonorchiosis. nerefore. we conclude that it is desirable to calculate the worm load with EPG and calcalate praziquantel dose with the worm loed.
