摘要
本研究采用症状自评量表（SCL－90）和生活事件受表，对51例肺结核患者和50例正常人进行了问卷式调查．结果发现，肺结核病人有明显的心理健康水平下降，经历的负性生活事件明显增多．提示继发性肺结核的发生与心理因素密切相关．
Fifty-one patients with postprimny tuberculosis and 50 normal subjects were studied by SCL-90 and life eventinventory The results showed that the patient with postprimary tuberculosis had higher scores and more negative life events,suggesting that psychologicals facors play a role in developing postprimary tubeculosis.
