TLC Identification of Stephania Tetrandra S. Moore in Tiaoyayixin Capsule

利用薄层层析法，以粉防已碱和防已药材为对照品，在氯仿－丙酮－甲醇（６．８∶１．２∶２０），苯－氯仿－丙酮－甲醇（３∶３∶１∶１）二个展开剂中分别展开后，喷碘化铋钾试剂显色。此方法分离效果好，具有定性检查的鉴别意义，为制定调压益心胶囊质量标准提供了实验方法和依据。
