分光光度法测定板蓝根冲剂中微量砷

Determination of Microamount of As in Banlangen Granule by Spectrophotometry

采用分光光度法对板蓝根冲剂中砷盐含量进行了准确测定，灵敏度高，重现性较好，在２～１４μｇ范围内，吸收度呈良好线性关系。对４个厂家３２批号的样品测定结果：板蓝根冲剂含砷量０．３１２～１．０１１ｐｐｍ之间。

A spectrophotometric method for the determination of As in Banlangen granule is described. The method is simple, quick and effective. The linear range is 2～14 μg. The contents are of 0.312～1.011 ppm by determining 32 samples from 4 factories.
