黄芪注射液对小鼠整体氧耗动态观察

Observation of Huangqi Injection on the Whole Oxygen Consumption in Mice

观察黄芪注射液对小鼠心肌耗氧量的影响，采用整体氧耗动态观察中分离心肌氧耗的方法。结果；腹腔注射黄芪注射液３ｇ／ｋｇ能明显降低小鼠整体氧耗量和心肌氧耗量，其分钟氧耗曲线特征与阿替洛尔４．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ相似，但作用强度稍逊于后者。结论：黄芪注射液可明显降低心肌耗氧量。

To observe the effect of oxygen consumption in mice of Huangqi injection, the myocardiac oxygen consumption was isolated from the whole oxygen consumption. Result: The whole calculated oxygen consumption and myocardiac calculated oxygen consumption decreased significantly by ip. Huangqi (3 g/kg). Its characteristic of minute oxygen consumption curve was like atenolol (4.0 mg/kg), but potency was lower than the latter one. Conclusions: Huangqi injection could markedly decrease the myocardiac calculated oxygen consumption.
