摘要
就不同的包衣材料及生产工艺对补脾益肠丸的溶散时限进行考察，经对比实验证明，采用薄膜包衣可使补脾益肠丸在人工胃液中的溶散时限由原来的１１７±３ｍｉｎ缩短到２５±２ｍｉｎ；并且从抗热性、抗湿性及生产效率等方面进行对比，薄膜包衣优于传统的包炭衣工艺。
This paper compared the disintegrating time of Bupiyichang pills with different coating materials and coating processes. Results indicated that film-coating could make the disintegrating time of Bupiyichang pills in artificial gastric juice shorten from 117±3 min to 25±2 min,and film-coating process is also better than charcoal-coating process in thermoresistance, moisturesistance, production efficacy and so on.
