摘要
目的 探讨循经感传的外周神经机制和跨节段感觉传入中的物质基础(cAMP和cGMP)。方法 利用刺激离断背根神经外周端大鼠模型,采用放射免疫分析法检测相应皮区皮瓣浸泡液中cAMP、cGMP含量。结果 刺激背根神经外周端后,刺激侧皮瓣浸泡液中的cAMP含量(39.50±4.525fg/ml)明显高于对照侧(24.104±3.952fg/ml);刺激侧皮瓣浸泡液中的cGMP含量(6.684±1.215fg/ml)亦明显高于对照侧(2.784±0.548fg/ml)。结论 刺激背根神经可通过逆向传导促使相应末梢皮区释放cAMP和cGMP增多。cAMP和cGMP可能是循经感传与跨节段感觉传入中的共同分子基础。
Objective To explore the mechanism of along channel transmission in peripheral nerves and the substantial basis (cAMP and cGMP) during tran-sregional sensory conduction. Methods By using the model of cutting dorsal root and stimulating the distal end, level of cAMP and cGMP were determined by ra-dioimmunity analysis in the dominated der-mic region by dissevering the dorsal root. Results The content of cAMP in the dermic steep on the stimulated side (39. 50 ?. 525fg/ml) were markedly higher than
the control side (24. 104 + 3. 952fg/ml); the content of cGMP in the dermic steep on the stimulated side (6. 684 + 1. 215fg/ ml) were markedly higher than the control side (2. 784 + 0. 548fg/ml), too. Conclusion By stimulating the distal end of dorsal root nerves , reverse conduction promoted the release cAMP and cGMP from corresponding dermic region of peripheral nerve ending. cAMP and cGMP might be the common molecular basis of along channel transmission and transregional sensory conduction.
