长期应用β-受体阻滞剂对高血压病人左房、左室结构及功能的影响

The influence of beta block for left atrial and ventricular construction and function in patients with hypertension

目的 评价β-受体阻滞剂对高血压病人左房、左室结构及功能的影响。方法 应用超声多普勒对长期服用美多心安的Ⅱ期高血压病患者的左室舒张功能、左房功能及左室重量指标进行测量。结果 长期应用美多心安除降低血压外,还可减低高血压病人室壁厚度及左室重量;改善左室舒张期充盈频谱或舒张功能;纠正左房功能指标异常。结论 长期应用β受体阻滞剂对高血压病患者的降压,改善心房、心室结构和功能具有较好的效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of P - block for the left: ventricular diastolic function, left atrial function and left vetricular mass in patients with 2nd stage hypertension. Methods We examined the parameters of left ventricular diastolic function, left atrial function and left vetricular mass in patients through Doppler echocardiography. Results The results showed that metoprolol not only decreased blood pressure but also reduced the ventricular wall thickness and left ventricular mass, improved left ventricular diastolic filling spectrum or diastoiic Junction, corrected the abnormal index of left a-trial function. Conclusion It has good curative effect for hypertension patients in decreasing blood pressure, improving left atrial and ventricular construction and function at long time administrated beta receptor block drugs.
