摘要
本文分析了不同工艺条件下三种锰含量不同的低碳硅锰双相钢的组织性能。着重从热力学和动力学的角度研究了锰对双相组织形成的作用。根据实验结果的分析提出了可供实际应用的低碳硅锰双相钢成分及与之相应的热处理工艺参数。
The stuctures and properties of low-carbon SiMn dual-phase steels which contain the different amount of Mn in the variable heat-treatment were studied. Effect of Mn on the deformation of dual-phase structure was especially analysed on the view of thermodynamic and dynamic theory. According to the experimental results, an available composition of low-carbon SiMn dual-phase steels was recommended for a given heat-treatment.
