Calculation of Volume Fraction of Pearlite fpin Normalized Low Alloy Steels

根据扩散相变理论和在四个假设的基础上,导出了一个数学式,用以计算空冷珠光体钢中组织组成物的体积分数。对一种自炼的低合金钢作了理论计算和实验测定,两者相差1.3％,在实验误差范围之内。

According to the theory of diffusive phase transformation and the relation among chemical composition, cooling rate and microstructure, a mathematical formula which is used for calculating volume fraction of pearlite of low alloy steels in the normalizing state has been proposed, instead of complex metallographical quantitative analysis. The theoretical calculation and the experimental measurement for a low alloy steel show that the relative error between them is 1.3 per cent, which is in the range of experimental error.
