摘要
为探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)在低硒及病毒性心肌炎发病中的作用,本文采用1929细胞毒法检测了低硒鼠感染CVB3m病毒7天后脾细胞培养上清液中TNF生物活性.结果表明,低硒病毒组和常硒病毒组TNF活性显著高于常硒对照时组(P<0.05),低硒病毒组TNF活性显著低于常硒病毒组(P<0.05),表明硒缺乏和VB3m病毒感染可引起免疫功能紊乱,提示TNF可能在低硒鼠病毒性心肌炎发病机制中起重要作用.
To explore the pathogenesis mechanisn of deficient Se mouse with viral myocarditis, usingL929cytotosity method, we examined TNF boactivity of the supernatant of cultured splenic cells in deficientSe BALB/C mice inoculated with Coxsdkie virus B3m. The results showed that TNF bioactivity of thedeficient Se mice with viral myocarditis, given Se mice with viral myocarditis was significantly higher thanthat given Se control group (P<0 .05) .While bioactivity of dificient Se mice with viral myocarditiswas obviously lower than that of given Se mice with viral myocarditis (P<0.05). It is suggested thatdificiency Se and CoxB3m virus infection could cause immunofunction disorder .and TNF might play animportant role in the pathogenesis mechanism of deficient Se mice with viral myocardetis.
