眼部枪击伤112例致伤原因及危害程度分析

Analysis of the Risk Factors And damage of Shooting Injury of the Eye in 112 Cases

分析眼部枪击伤引起视功能损害的危害程度，对它们的致伤原因作了回顾性分析．方法：回顾１９９０年－１９９７年眼外伤科收治住院的眼部枪击伤１１２例１３１眼，分析治疗前后视力的障碍程度及致伤原因．结果：眼部枪击伤会造成严重的机功能损害，治疗前盲目为１０９眼（８３．２１％），治疗后盲目为９５眼（７２．５２％），且有９．９２％被摘除眼球．他伤９２例，自伤２０例．结论：眼部枪击伤可导致严重的视功能损害，尤其是砂枪，造成１９例双眼伤的患者均是由砂枪所致．

Objective:To determine the risk factors and damage of shooting injury of foe eye byretrospective survey. Method:Retrospective surrey was conducted for 112 cases of shooting injury of theeye from 1990-1997 The risk factors and damage of the eye were analysed. Result:There was blindness in109 eyes(83.21%) before treatment and in 95 eyes(72.52%) after treatment.Enucleation of the eye ballhappened in 9.92%. Conclusion:Shooting in injury of the eye can cause severe visual impairment.
