化脓性耳廓软骨膜炎58例临床分析

本文报告５８例化脓性耳廓软骨膜炎病例．多数病例为耳廓外伤后绿脓杆菌感染所致，及时手术清理坏死软骨同时大剂量应用敏感抗生素，能有效控制感染，防止耳部畸形的发生．

The paper reports 58 cases of suppurative perichondritis of auricle, It is showed that mostof the cases were caused by injury of auricle with infections of bacillus pyocyaneus The operationsremoving the necrosis cartilage auriculae should be performed without delay and the antibiotics which weresensitive to bacillus pyocyaneus should be given in full dosage. In this way, the Infections could becontroled effectively and the occures of malformation of auricle could be prevented.
