巩膜隧道小切口不缝合白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术

Phacomulisification and Intnocnlar Lens Implantation Throngh 6mm ScleroticTnnnel Sntnreless Incision

目的:评价6mm巩膜小切口不缝合白内障超声乳化技术的疗效。方法:对91例老年性白内障患者行超声乳化并植 入光学部分为6mm的PMMA人工晶体,外切口位于角膜缘后1.0mm,内切口位于角膜缘内2.0mm的透明角膜处。结果:术前及术后1天,1周,1个月,3个月的角膜散光度分别为0.79±0.29D,1.19±0.58D,1.08±0.48D,1.06±0.56D,1.07±0.63D。术后1周内裸眼视力达到或高于0.5者占93.0％。结论:6mm巩膜小切口不缝合白内障超声乳化技术后角膜散光小,早期裸眼视力好且稳定。可植入PMMA人工晶体,降低手术费用。

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of phacomulisification and artifcial lens implantation through a 6mm sclerotic tunnel sutureless incision. Methods: Phacomulisification and 6mm PMMA IOL implantation were performed through a 6mm sclerotic tunnel sutureless incision on 91 eyes with senile cataract Result: The mean pre-operative astigmatism was 0.79D, and post-operative astigmatism was 1.19D at one day, 1.08D at one week, 1.06D at one month and 1.07D at three months, respectively. By the 7th post-operative day ,the best uncorrected visual acuity were 0.5 or better in 93% of the eyes. Conclusion: The 6mm sclerotic tunnel sutureless incision operation can not only provide a satisfactory early post-operative visual acuity with a slight corneal astigmatism, but also implant 6mm PMMA IOL, and decrease the expense of the operation.
