单根斜形克氏针在手部骨折中的应用

目的:采用单根克氏针斜形固定有手术指征的掌骨及指骨骨折。方法:8例患者均急诊采用切开复位单根克氏针内固定,克氏针不经过远近关节面,术后在医师指导下行适当主动伸屈功能锻炼,利用肌腱张力产生的压力纠正断端间隙。2例有轻度旋转畸形者术后采用手法矫正。结果:8例患者骨折均骨性愈合,且对位对线良好,无旋转畸形。按TAM评定标准,手指伸屈活动优良者7例占87.5％。

Objective: To inspect the results of oblique immobilization with single Kuntscher nailto fracture qf metacarpal and phalanx mat presented operation indicatioa Methods: 8 cases were takenimmediately open reduction and internal immobilization of Kuntscher nail. The nail didn't passmesiodistal articular surface. Moderate amount of functional exercise was taken under guidance ofdoctor after operation to correct fracture space with pressure exerted by tensile stress of tendon. 2 cases that showed slight rotational malformation were taken maneuver orthotherapy. Results: The fracture of 8 cases appeared osseous healing and the alignments were good without rotational malformation. The rate of fine cases that were examined with extension and flexion activity of fingers was 87.5% according to T AM evaluation standard.
