糖尿病患者白内障人工晶体植入术

Extracapsular Cataract Extraction with Posterior Chamber Intraocular Lens Implantation in Diabetics

本文回顾45例56眼糖尿病患者白内障人工晶体植入术的临床资料，随访28例35眼2月～4月.结果：术后视力65%≥0.5，85%≥0.3.结论：在控制糖尿病患者空腹血糖的情况下，如无全身和眼部严重并发症，对其进行I期后房型人工晶体植入是安全有效的.同时讨论了手术并发症的预防、处理.

Retrospective review of the clinical medical records of 45 cases (56 eyes) with diabets and cataract received extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) with posterior chamber intraocular Lens implantation. Resultst:28 cases (35eyes) were followed up for 2-46 months after operations, 65% of eyes obtaioned post-operative corrected visnal acuities≥0.5, 85% of eyes≥0.3. Conclusions:Preoperatively，if the glucose level in the blood of the diabetics with cataract Could be controlled well and there are no other systemic and ocular complications, ECCE with lol sheuld be safe and reliable. In the meantime, how to prevent from the operative complications and tdeal with them were discussed.
