摘要
用不同剂量的麻醉剂戊巴比妥钠和氨基甲酸乙酯给鸡胸肌注射，结果表明：鸡麻醉后体温普遍下降，２４小时内体温变化曲线是马鞍型；鸡有比较完善的体温调节中枢．
By injecting different doses of anaesthetic drugs, sodium pentobarbarital and aminocarboxyl acetyl estcrs into chicken breast muscles,the results Showed that the body temperature of anacsthetized chicken decreased generally,and it is change gave a shape of saddle during the pened of 24 hours. Tgese experimental results implied that chicken had a relatively-perfect central system of regulating they temperature.
