对化学镀镍层在几种化学介质中腐蚀行为的研究

摘要 用三种化学镀镍工艺在低碳钢上制取含磷分别为1~4%,5~8%,9~12%的镍-磷合金镀层.用该镀层在化学介质亚硫酰氯、磷酸、磷酰氢、三氯化苯、苯甲酰氯和氢氧化钠中模拟工业条件试验、结果发现用化学镀镍为防护层的试片大多数能有效地阻止在上述化学介质中的腐蚀. An experimental study was conducted on electroless nickel plated mild larbon steel to determine the corrosion performance in chemical process environments: Thionyl chloride, phosphoric acid, phosphorus oxychloride. Benzotrichtoride, Benzoyl chloride and sodium hydroxide. Three electroless nickel coatings tested are represented by the alley contents: 1-4, 5-8, and 8-12 wt% phhosphorus. The environments were simulate chemicals, The results show electroless nickel coating more available except in 75 %phosphoric acid and show excellent future using this technology.
