摘要
讨论了电子轰击型CCD摄象过程的数学模型,在此基础上建立了其微光图象探测灵敏阈方程。理论计算与实验结果很好吻合.分析结果后,提出了提高电子轰击型CCD微光图象探测能力的主要技术途径。
Modulation transfer function (MTF) and noise of EBS-CCD are analysed. The detective equation of EBS - CCD at low light level is established based on the concept of signal to noise ratio transfer function (SNTP). The values of detectivity of EBS - CCD at low light level under several different conditions are calculated based on the image detective equation of EBS - CCD. Theoretical calculating results well coordinate with the experimental results. Some ways of improving detective ability of EBS-CCD are proposed.
