Recently, the research on organotin compounds has attached much importance. And a new progress of the research on dialkytin, tributyltin and tetrabutyltin in the respect of antitumour activity, disinfect, antiseptic and protection of ecological environment has been achieved. This review describes the progress of organtotin compounds especially on the development of antitumour activity and disinfect, etc.
