摘要
对机床的噪声源进行了分析，并对CW6136车床进行了噪声实验，提出了提高齿轮加工精度、主轴组件动平衡、电动机平衡、改进挂轮架结构以及箱体的加工工艺等措施。
The soarees of noise were analyzed and experiments with the machine tool cw6136 were cained owt. To lessen the noise from the machine tool, some measures are proposed to take, such as improving the precision of gear, keeping the balance of main axiscomponents and the balance of motor.
