摘要
分析洞庭湖特大洪水的主要原因及特征：（1）来水量大，泥沙淤积与围湖垦殖是洪水的主要原因；（2）洞庭湖洪水日趋频繁、灾害不断加剧。进一步探讨洞庭湖治理、减灾的主要对策：即洞庭湖流域内治理、减灾对策和江湖协调治理。
The Dengting hak has been the pride of Hunan people, who have acheved a lot by using its resources. However, it has flooded more and more frequently and caused great damages to people there. It has to be hamessed. This paper analyses the main causes and features of the Dongting tale's fledng, and discusses the countermeasures to hamess it and reduce the daxnages caused by its fledng, including tackhng its valley, regulating its rivers coor-dinately.
