摘要
在流化床反应器内进行分子筛催化剂的烧炭再生实验 ,用电导法计算机在线测量数据 在46 6°C~ 80 0°C温度范围内、氧含量为 4%~ 2 0 %、并排除内扩散影响后 ,测定了含碳量为 1 2 % (g/ gcat)的催化剂的再生动力学参数 ,回归出分子筛催化剂的再生动力学模型 ;
The regeneration reaction of coked molecular sieve catalyst takes place in a fluidized bed reactor. Transient burning rates are measured with conductometry and computer online measurement. The kinetic data and intrinsic kinetic model of regeneration are developed under the following conditions: 466°C~800°C, oxygen content in nitrogen and air mixture: 4%~20%, without intraparticle resistance. The rate controlling mechanism changed from the intrinsic chemical kinetics to pore diffusion as regeneration temperature is changed.
