摘要
测定了铌锌酸铅基弛豫型铁电体PZN-BT-PT(83/10/7)在不同偏压条件下介电行为随温度的变化,通过介电常数导数与温度关系的研究,有效地分离出了弛豫型铁电体极性微区的偏压响应特征,得到了一系列特征温度,并发现介电常数与介电损耗的特征温度之间有着必然的内在联系.
Various measurements of dielectric behavior as a function of temperature(cooling and heating) under d.c. bias are made for PZNBTPT(83/10/7) relaxor ferroelectrics. Using the first derivative of dielectric permittivity respect to the temperature, several characteristic temperatures of polar microregions have been found for the relaxor system. The coherence of characteristic temperatures between dielectric permittivity and loss angle tangent was found by analyzing the experimental data.
