摘要
在空气-水试验台上,对分配集箱入口装设加速管和不装设加速管的水平U型和Z型集箱系统的两相流流量的分配特性进行了可视性研究.研究发现,水平并联管系统中的两相流流量分配与分配集箱内的流动状况有关;在分配集箱入口装设加速管后,两相流量分配特性有很大改善.
Using an airwater flow test loop ,the flow dsitribution characteristics is examined for gasliquid in a horizontal U type and Z type header system with and without acceleration tube at the inlet of the distribution header. It is found that the twophase flow rate distribution in the header system is influenced not only by the pressure distribution in the headers but also the flow pattern in the horizontal distribution header. And the twophase flow rate distribution in header system is markedly improved by using an acceleration tube at the inlet with the same twophase mass flow rate.
