摘要
就测量点对转子动平衡的影响进行了研究,从测量点数目、测量点轴向位置以及周向位置等3个方面进行了分析,并给出了这些因素对动平衡影响的量度,从而避免了可能的平衡失败问题.同时,针对正确测点转速影响系数的缺陷,提出了改进方法,使之具有了更好的适应性.
Data collected from different locations of a rotor could influence the outcome of the stability analysis of a rotor. That is the results depend on the number of measuring points in the axial and radial direction. Judicious selection of the locations of measurements could provide data that could be used to avoid failure due to unbalanced rotor. Printed out is the disadvantage of the exact pointspeed influence coefficient method while an improved method for balancing the rotor is presented.
