太阳能表面相变硬化性能特点的探讨

摘要 本文对几种常用碳钢(45、 T8A、T12A)经太阳能表面相变硬化淬硬层的性能特点进行较全面的探讨。测定了硬化层中硬度的分布情况,淬硬带表面纵向和横向的宏观应力状态和微观应力情况,晶块尺寸以及硬化带不同深度的残余奥氏体量;进行了硬化带的耐磨对比试验和耐腐蚀性对比试验。 A more comprehensiv investigation is carried out for the har-dened layers of several common carbon steels(45#,T8A,T12A)by solar energy surface transformation hardening.The measurement of hardness,surface residual stress,subgrain size,and content of surface retained austenite are presented,and also the wear and corrosion resistance of the hardened layers are studied.The hardened layers by solar energy hardening show some distinctive and superior characteristics:the hardness,the content of surface retained auste-nite,and the microstrain within the crystals of the whole hardened layer are higher than those hardened by means of conventional met-hods;the subgrais size was obviously fined;on the two directions of hardened bands there are different kinds of surface residual stress; the wear and corrosion resistance are greatly improved.
