摘要
随着社会防灾减灾工作的不断深入,各级政府和各部门对气象服务的要求愈来愈高。为了适应新形势对气象档案服务的要求,档案人员必须扩大视野,改变单一的查找借阅利用方式,变等待服务为主动服务,变一般服务为优质服务,变应时服务为超前服务。
Demands of every level government and each department on meteorological service are getting higher and higher along with deepened social work of disaster protection and reduction. In order to adapt to the new situation needing meteorological archive service, archive staff must widen view, change solo application way of consultant and borrowed; and transfer waiting, common, timely service into active, premium, advanced service.
