Mining Industry and Land Market of China: Development Strategy and Countermeasures After WTO Entry

本文分两大部分，首论 WTO与中国的矿业发展，阐述中国加入 WTO，必须抓紧研究矿业发展战略与对策；利用缓冲期，调整好我国矿业发展的战略方针和目标；从市场经济要求的全新矿业发展思维和新模式出发，制定我国矿业发展的对策。次论 WTO与中国土地市场的发展，分析了我国加入 WTO，对我国土地市场的利弊关系；对土地市场的影响及发展对策。

This paper comprises two parts. The first part is about WTO and the development of mining industry of China. The paper holds that upon entry into WTO it is imperative to study development strategy and countermeasures of Chinese mining industry, to regulate the strategic policy and goal of the development of mining industry by taking advantage of the buffer period, and to determine the development countermeasures of mining industry based on a brand－ new thinking and pattern of development required by market economy. The second part of this paper discusses the subject of WTO and the development of land market of China, analyzing the influence of WTO entry on land market, along with development countermeasures.
