摘要 祁连山是由森林、草原、冰川构成的复合生态系统,建立固定试验区长期(22a)进行径流规律研究表明:该区林地很少发生地表径流,草地不同程度均有地表径流发生;河川径流年动态受降水和气温影响,一个水文年径流过程以月为时间单元划分为3个时期;森林植被的影响贯穿于径流全过程,减少地表径流、延长径流历时、消洪补枯、涵养水源,而且不减少河川径流总量;据此,提出对祁连山水源涵养林要实施可持续发展的经营战略,不断扩大森林面积,提高森林覆被率,进一步改善生态环境。 Qilian mountain was a complex forest ecosystem constructed by forest, grassland and glacier. The long term local research station, specialy engaged in runoff laws, had been established in this region for 22 years, its research results on runoff law show the forest hardly produces runoff; on the contrary, grassland might produces runoff in some extent; the dynamics of runoff produced process was effected by rain and air temperature, the process of runoff depended on month unit might divided in three stages; The whole runoff course might be effected forest vegetation, even though forest vegetation might reduce surface runoff, postpone runoff period, prevent flood from production,conserve water in forest land, moreover,forest vegetation don't reduce the river runoff amout at all. So the sustainable development strategy of the water resources forest was put forward, it aimed at enlarging the forest area, increasing forest cover ratio and further improving ecological environment.
