摘要
为提高我国对海洋环境的观测、预报能力 ,提高对海洋国土的管理能力 ,在了解、分析国内外现有技术的基础上 ,本文提出了一个适用于我国特点的区域性海洋环境立体监测系统的信息产品集成方案 ,设计出一种集数据采集、存储、处理、发布于一体的信息服务系统的框架 ,并在融合现有技术的基础上 ,建立了区域性海洋环境立体监测和信息服务系统 ,实现了信息产品的集中管理、自动更新。
A compositive information product scheme of marine environmental integrated observing and controlling system is completed. It gathers data collecting, storing, processing and data distributing together into one platform. On the base of integrating all the present technologies, a territorial marine environment integrated observing and information service system is built up. Through this system, the information products can be managed centrally, updated automatically, displayed through out net, and offered to all kinds of users. This system, based on comprehending and analyzing the present technologies at home and aboard, is very important to improve the ability of observing and forecasting marine environment, and the ability of managing our oceanic territory.
