摘要
本文根据作者在 86 3- 818计划中研制的智能化传感器及接触到的国外智能化传感器 ,介绍了智能化传感器的组成、对传统传感器的优势及其实现方法 。
The components, advantages vs. traditional ones and its realization of intelligent sensor are introduced. Based on the author's experience from developing intelligent sensor for 863-818 Program, and knowledge learnt from abroad ones, some measures to improve its reliability are brought forward.
