摘要
根据1998年8~10月三个月每月一次对大鹏澳海区养殖网箱水体26h定点连续观测,统计了各网箱 NO3-N、 NO2-N和NH4-N周日变化范围和平均值;分析了三氮的周日变化特征;讨论了三氮的热力学平衡及三氮与环境因子的相互关系;并估算了各网箱水体的氮负荷。研究结果表明:(1)各网箱水体三氮的周日变化除9月份外,基本无无规律性;(2)网箱水体无机氮之间的转化是不完全的,养殖时间愈长其转化愈不完全。无机氮化合物之间远未达到热力学平衡;(3)网箱水体无机氮主要来源于残饵和养殖生物排泄物等的化学和生物需氧有机物质的氧化分解;影响三氮变化的主要因子, 8、 9月份是化学过程,10月份是生物过程。
According to 26h continuous fixed observation in the water of aquicultural boxes at Dapeng'ao which is carried cot monthly from August to October in 1998, we have made statistics on the daily change ranges and mean values of 3 N in the water of every box. We have also analyzed the daily change characteristics of 3 N, and discussed the thermodynamic balance of 3 N as well as relationship between 3 N and environmental factors. Lastly we have estimated the loading capacity of N in the water of every box.
