摘要
扼要介绍了几种针对高精度频率源(氢钟)的频率稳定测试条件的工作原理及系统结构,并给出了部分指标,其中,双混频时差工法测试仪精度可达2×10^-13/s,周期法测试仪精度可达1×10^-13/s.
In order to measure the frequency stability of Hydrogen maser, some test equipments are designed and those are made, the principles and structures of the systems are briefly described . Some experimental results are given, the precision of the DMTD(dual mixer time difference) system is 2×10 -13 /s and the precision of the frequency difference-multi period system is 1×10 -13 /s .
