LIBRARY AND INFORMATION SERVICE AND PERIODICAL WORKS AT SHANGHAI ASTRONOMICAL OBSERVATORY

介绍了上海天文台图书馆和期刊出版方面的工作，尤其是近5年来，图书馆管理和期刊出版，在计算机化和网络化方面做了许多工作，较详细的介绍了目前图书馆能为读者提从多种获得信息途径的服务，天文期刊的标准化和规范化的探讨等。

A summary is introduced on library and information service and periodical works of Shanghai Astronomical Observatory during 1995～1999, including progresses gained in the fields of management of library, publication of periodical, use of PC computer, apply computer network to information service. Now, the library can provided many information and service for reader. Finaly, the problems of normalization and standardization on astronomical periodical are also discussed.
