摘要
目的检测增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(proliferativevitreoretinopathy,PVR)发生过程中玻璃体内白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)的含量变化,探讨其在PVR早期免疫反应中的作用。方法用同种巨噬细胞诱发兔眼PVR,在不同时间点抽取玻璃体液,采用双抗体夹心法ELISA试剂盒检测IL-6含量。结果IL-6含量14d达高峰998pg/ml,28d降至其基线水平;拟合二次曲线提示玻璃体中IL-6含量在10~21d呈一高水平平台251pg/ml。结论IL-6在此PVR模型中玻璃体含量在第2周明显升高,并持续至第3周,与PVR形成中的第二阶段细胞增殖期相一致,提示IL-6对此PVR模型细胞增殖、特别是对免疫活性细胞具有调控作用。
ObjectiveTo measure the changes in concentration of interleukin6 (IL6) during the development of experimental proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR) induced by macrophages and explore to role in the early stage of the immune reaction of PVR.MethodsRabbit PVR model was induced by injection of homogenous macrophages.The vitreous,aqueous and peripheral venous blood were taken at different periods and IL6 levels in them were measured with an ELISA assay.ResultsThe IL6 levels reached a peak (998 pg/ml) on d 14 in the model ,showing its high plateau of 251 pg/ml from 10 to 21 d,then decreasing to 0 pg/ml at d 28 after macrophage injection.ConclusionThe changes in IL6 concentration in the model correlated with the cellular proliferation during the early stage of PVR,revealing that IL6 may modulate cellular proliferation,especially immunologic cells.
